What We Build
From a single new room to a full second story, your addition is engineered into the existing structure and matched to the original architecture.
A primary suite that functions like a hotel suite: bedroom, bath, sitting area, and closet added as one composed wing.
A full new level within your existing footprint, framed on structure engineered to carry it. The right answer on smaller lots.
Self-contained quarters with private entry, full bath, and kitchenette, built for parents, guests, or long-term flexibility.
Light-filled rooms for gathering and working, with glazing, HVAC, and finishes matched to the rest of the house.
Scope & Engineering
How we scope and engineer an addition for a Metroplex home, and what we will confirm on site at your no cost estimate.
01
An addition succeeds or fails on whether it reads as original. Before we finalize design, we study your home's proportions, source brick and siding to blend rather than contrast, and carry the roofline pitch and trim profiles through the new construction.
When we walk your home, we will show you exactly where the new work ties into the old and how the match is achieved on your specific elevation.
02
Most ground-level additions require a new foundation tied correctly into the existing one, and that connection cannot be shortcut. A structural engineer is part of every addition we build, so the new and original structures behave as one system rather than two separately settling halves of a house.
Second stories add their own requirement: your existing framing and foundation are evaluated for the added load before any new framing goes up, and the findings shape the design you approve.
03
New square footage often pushes an existing HVAC system and electrical panel past their designed capacity. We evaluate both at the first site visit, and where the load requires it the upgrade is scoped and priced inside your proposal: added tonnage, new supply runs, or a larger panel and circuits. Your new rooms are heated, cooled, and powered as deliberately as they are framed.
04
Additions carry more extensive permitting than a standard remodel, typically structural, electrical, and mechanical reviews alongside the building permit, and DFW cities inspect at set milestones. A fully documented, code-compliant addition also protects you at appraisal and resale, where undocumented square footage gets discounted or flagged.
05
The right addition follows from your lot, your budget, and the space your household is missing. A second story answers a tight lot. A ground-level primary suite extension suits owners settling in for the long term on one level. A mother-in-law suite or ADU serves parents today and flexibility later. When we meet at your home, we walk the site and tell you plainly which options your property supports.
06
Added bedrooms and bathrooms consistently deliver among the strongest returns of any addition type, because square footage and room count are what buyers and appraisers weigh first. A matched, documented, engineered addition raises both the daily function of your home and the number it commands later. Schedule your no cost estimate and we will scope the addition against both: your family now, and your home's value after.
The Process
Your project follows a defined sequence. Before ground breaks, you know the schedule, the engineering, and the senior lead responsible for each stage.
STEP 01
We meet at your home, walk the site together, and define the scope. You receive an itemized proposal.
STEP 02
Architectural plans, structural engineering, and exterior material matching are finalized before construction.
STEP 03
A dated build calendar with milestones, set before work starts and kept current by your senior lead.
STEP 04
Senior trades execute the plan on a protected, orderly site. We walk the finished addition with you, and the project closes only when it meets the standard we set.
“Great communication, high-quality work, and true attention to detail.”

Before You Commit
Will my addition match the rest of my house?
Yes. We match brick, siding, roofline pitch, and trim profiles to your original construction so the addition reads as part of the home's original architecture.
Does a home addition need a new foundation?
Most ground-level additions do. The new foundation is engineered and tied into your existing one so both structures behave as a single system.
Will my HVAC and electrical need upgrading?
Often, yes. We evaluate both at the first site visit, and any added capacity is scoped and priced in your proposal before construction begins.
Which additions give the best return on investment?
Added bedrooms and bathrooms consistently deliver among the strongest returns, since square footage and room count are what buyers and appraisers weigh first.
Do you take on smaller projects or repairs?
We are a full-renovation firm. Our team is structured for complete kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and whole-home renovations rather than minor repairs or single-fixture updates. If your project involves rethinking a space rather than patching one, we should talk.
