Materials & Craft
Your kitchen remodel is scoped around your layout, your storage, and the way you cook and entertain, then specified line by line in your proposal.
Custom casework built to your walls, with deep drawer banks, pull-out waste stations, and a pantry organized around how your household cooks.
We build around the range and refrigeration you have chosen, with gas, electrical, and venting installed to the manufacturer's exact specification.
Quartz, granite, and marble templated and fabricated to the millimeter, with waterfall edges and full-height splashes where the design calls for them.
Layered pendant and under-cabinet lighting with hand-set tile, selected alongside your cabinetry and stone as one composed design.
Scope & Selections
How we scope a kitchen remodel for Lewisville and DFW homes, and the decisions we will walk through together at your no cost estimate.
01
Your kitchen's layout is settled before any demolition begins. When we meet at your home, we walk the space with you, map the work triangle between sink, range, and refrigerator, and resolve the friction points that undercut a serious kitchen: a refrigerator door that swings into traffic, an island too tight for two cooks, a pantry that was an afterthought.
Open-concept conversions remain the most requested change in DFW homes from the 1980s and 1990s. Where a wall carries load, we engineer the beam and open the space correctly, and the new opening is drawn and priced in your proposal before you commit.
02
Cabinetry is the largest single line in most kitchen budgets, and it is where the craft shows first. We build fully custom and semi-custom casework fitted to your walls exactly, with deep drawer banks in place of lower cabinets, pull-out waste stations, vertical tray dividers, and a pantry organized around how your household actually shops and cooks.
Door style, finish, and hardware are selected in the same sitting as your stone and flooring, and every selection is documented in your proposal. Bring your inspiration images to the no cost estimate and we will price the versions worth building.
03
Quartz remains the most specified surface in the kitchens we build: non-porous, consistent, and available in patterns that read as natural stone without the sealing schedule. Granite brings veining no two slabs repeat, and marble belongs on an island or bar where you want the room's centerpiece and accept its patina.
We template and fabricate through established DFW stone houses we have worked with for years, which keeps lead times firm. You can walk the slab yard and approve your exact slabs before they are cut.
04
A useful benchmark for a full kitchen remodel is 10 to 15 percent of your home's current value. Cabinetry grade, stone selection, the appliance package, and any relocated plumbing or electrical determine where your project lands within that range.
You will not price this from a chart. Your proposal is itemized after we walk the space together, and every number in it is tied to a decision you made.
05
Most of our clients stay in the home while the kitchen is rebuilt. Before demolition, we seal the work zone behind dust barriers, protect the floors along the access route, and help you set up a serviceable temporary kitchen in an adjacent room.
The site is cleaned and secured at the end of each day, and your senior lead reports at every milestone. Ask about site protection when we walk your home and we will show you exactly how the work zone is contained.
06
The kitchen is consistently ranked the number one room home buyers care about most, and the DFW market prices it accordingly. A commissioned kitchen with custom cabinetry and natural stone strengthens your home's position whether you sell in three years or never.
Schedule your no cost estimate and we will scope the version of this kitchen that serves both your daily life and your home's long-term value.
The Process
Your project follows a defined sequence. Before demolition begins, you know the schedule, the selections, and the senior lead responsible for each stage.
STEP 01
We meet at your home, walk the kitchen together, and define the scope. You receive an itemized proposal.
STEP 02
Layout, cabinetry, stone, and finishes are finalized and priced before demolition begins.
STEP 03
A dated build calendar with milestones, set before work starts and kept current by your senior lead.
STEP 04
Senior trades execute the plan on a protected, orderly site. We walk the finished kitchen with you and do not close the project until it meets the standard we set.
“The pricing was competitive and quality of work top tier.”

Before You Commit
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most full kitchen remodels run 6 to 12 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Cabinetry lead times and layout changes drive the schedule, and you receive a dated calendar before work begins.
Can I stay in my home during the kitchen remodel?
Most of our clients do. We seal the work zone behind dust barriers and help you set up a serviceable temporary kitchen before demolition starts.
How much should I budget for a kitchen remodel?
A useful benchmark is 10 to 15 percent of your home's value. After we walk your kitchen, your itemized proposal prices cabinetry grade, stone, appliances, and any layout changes line by line.
Is a kitchen remodel worth it for resale?
Yes. The kitchen is consistently ranked the number one room buyers care about most, and a well-executed remodel strengthens both your daily life in the home and its position in the DFW market.
Do you take on smaller projects or repairs?
We are a full-renovation firm. Our team is structured for complete kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and whole-home renovations rather than minor repairs or single-fixture updates. If your project involves rethinking a space rather than patching one, we should talk.
